Refund and Retun Policy

Our refund and returns policy applies to eligible research products purchased through the Axion Aminos website. Due to the nature of our products and their intended use for laboratory and scientific research, all sales are considered final except where a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must remain unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, or improperly stored may not be eligible for return or replacement.

To complete your return or replacement request, we require your order number or proof of purchase and may request photographs of the product and packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to Axion Aminos without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

There are certain situations where a refund or replacement may be granted:

Product received is damaged during shipping
Incorrect product was shipped
Product does not match the original order
Package arrives damaged or compromised
A verified product or fulfillment issue has occurred

Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for a refund, return, or replacement.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your refund is approved, Axion Aminos will issue it to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the credit to appear in your account. We will email you when the refund has been issued. If you have not received it within your provider’s expected processing timeframe, contact info@axionaminos.com.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@axionaminos.com.

Sale items

Sale and promotional items are subject to the same refund and return conditions described in this policy. Refunds will only be issued where the product qualifies under our return policy.

Exchanges

We may replace products that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. If you need to request a replacement, please send us an email at info@axionaminos.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please contact us at info@axionaminos.com before sending any item back. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address where applicable.

Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Axion Aminos is not responsible for products returned without prior authorization or products damaged during an unauthorized return shipment.

If you are returning a product, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive an unauthorized or untracked returned item.

Research Use

All products available through Axion Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, therapeutic applications, or to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all products are purchased, handled, stored, and used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and laboratory requirements.
